Security Export Control

Hosaka Corporation complies with the Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act of Japan and the export control laws of the other countries in which the Hosaka Group operates, and does not engage in transactions that could contribute to the development of weapons of mass destruction or to the excessive accumulation of conventional weapons.

Every export and every provision of technology is classified and screened for destination, end user and end use before it is made. The President and CEO is the Chief Export Control Officer, and the Export Control Office audits each division every year.

Some Hosaka products and technologies are subject to re-export controls. Customers who move or resell our products across borders should confirm the requirements that apply, and inform us of the new end user where our warranty or service agreement requires it.
