Hosaka Corporation
Hosaka Corporation has found that, in the final inspection of certain medical-grade power modules manufactured at Ina Works (Ina City, Nagano Prefecture), the insulation withstand test was not carried out on every unit as the inspection specification requires.
We have contacted the customers concerned and begun re-testing. A special investigation committee of outside experts has been established to determine the facts and causes.
