Koriyama Works Completes Second Production Building for Platform Systems

Hosaka Corporation has completed the second production building at Koriyama Works (Koriyama City, Fukushima Prefecture), where it manufactures server chassis and integrated systems.

The four-storey building has a total floor area of 18,640 square metres. It doubles the Works' capacity for integrated systems built to customers' configurations and houses a burn-in hall in which every integrated system runs under load for 72 hours before shipment. Solar panels on the roof will supply about 14% of the building's electricity.
