Notice Concerning Formulation of the Medium-Term Management Plan "MTP 2027"

Hosaka Corporation has formulated its medium-term management plan MTP 2027, covering the four fiscal years from fiscal 2024 to fiscal 2027.

Under the theme "Built to keep working," the plan focuses our resources on three areas where long supply and dependable control matter most to customers: medical OEM, social infrastructure (transport and energy), and platform systems for network operators and edge computing. For fiscal 2027 the plan targets net sales of ¥360 billion, an operating margin of 8.0% and return on equity of 9% or more.

The plan also sets non-financial targets, including a 42% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas emissions from fiscal 2019 levels and the publication of a software bill of materials for every new controller product.
